A traditional squat is a great way to strengthen your quads β€” but for some people, it can feel a bit too intense or flare up sore knees.

A more vertical shin can reduce knee stress and still allow you to train your quads

➑️ Home Hack Squat (Foam Roller)
Not all gyms have a hack squat so here is an easy alternative for the gym/home that also keeps the shin vertical.

With over 10 years of experience in Physiotherapy across India and Australia, I am passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger and live pain-free lives.

I specialise in treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, providing personalised and evidence-based care tailored to individuals needs.

Working with the elderly is especially close to my heart. Supporting them in maintaining mobility, independence and confidence.

I'm fluent in English and Malayalam (my native language) and I also understand Hindi, so you can feel comfortable communicating in the language you prefer.

Meet Nushab!
With over 10 years of physio experience, Nushab is passionate about helping people move better and feel their best. Nushab has worked in hospitals and community clinics across Australia, India, and Kuwait, giving them a wide range of skills and a great understanding of different cultures and patient needs.
Nushab treats everything from nerve and joint pain to post-surgery rehab and sports injuries, and also enjoys helping older adults stay active. Nushab uses advanced techniques like Mulligan therapy, dry needling and kinesiology taping to get the best results.
Nushab is warm, welcoming, and speaks English and Malayalam, with an understanding of Tamil and Arabic to help support clear communication.

Nushab will be working Thursday and Friday 9:30am till 3:30pm
