WE ARE HIRING!

As a result on ongoing expansion, BWC is looking to grow our team.

We are currently seeking an experienced Front End Loader / Allrounder Operator to join our crew.

This role will be required to work as part of a team on a range of civil projects and assist the site supervisor with the day to day operations on site. Pay rate will reflect experience and capabilities.

EXPERIENCE AS A CIVIL MACHINE OPERATOR IS A MUST.

Job duties include;
✅ safe operation of earthmoving equipment, including attachments, at all times
✅ follow instruction and direction provided by supervisor at all times
✅ keep all machines and equipment in a tidy manner
✅ conduct daily pre-start and maintenance of all vehicles operated prior to operation and reporting faults
✅ uphold our high standard of presentation across all work projects

This ideal candidate will;
✅ have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, operating front end loaders to final trim
✅ be well-versed in construction site protocols, rules and code of conduct
✅ have the ability to read civil plans and undertake site set outs
✅ have excellent communication and time management skills

The successful candidate MUST hold a construction white card, HR drivers license, plant operation tickets (loader) and be physically fit. 🤩

This role will be required to work as part of a team on a range of civil projects. We are looking for applicants with the ability to;
✅ undertake general labouring tasks, including the safe use of hand tools
✅ conduct daily pre-starts and report any faults
✅ uphold our high standards of presentation across all work projects

The ideal candidate MUST hold a construction white card and be physically fit. It will be an added bonus if you have a HC/HR truck drivers license and first aid certificate.🤩

We are currently seeking a drainer / drainer's offsider to join our crew.

This role will be required to work as part of a team on a range of civil projects. We are looking for applicants with the ability to;
✅ read and interpret plans
✅ set up and work with grade lasers (spinning and pipe lasers)
✅ uphold our high standards of presentation across all work projects

The ideal candidate MUST hold a construction white card and have pipe laying certifications / tickets. It will be an added bonus if you have machine operator experience / tickets or a HC/HR truck drivers license.🤩
