About the role
Byford Family Practice is seeking an experienced and passionate GP RN/EN position with the opportunity to work in a collaborative primary care setting, providing high-quality healthcare to our local community.

What you'll be doing

> Delivering comprehensive primary care and nursing services to patients, including conducting health assessments, administering treatments, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers

> Providing education and support to patients on managing their health conditions and promoting wellness

> Collaborating with the GP and multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

> Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensuring compliance with clinical and administrative procedures including recalls and reminders

> Participating in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

> RN/EN with a current AHPRA registration and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a primary care or community nursing setting

> Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment, and care coordination

> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively in a team

> Proficient in using clinical software and electronic medical record systems

> Experience with Best Practice clinical software is required

> Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
