👩‍🦰 Menopausal Health Assessments with Dr. Madhu Valisetty

Hi Ladies!

We are committed to supporting women through every stage of life.

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Madhu Valisetty, who has a special interest in hormonal health, is now offering dedicated Menopausal Health Assessments.

These assessments are designed to provide a comprehensive review of your symptoms, long-term health risks, and a personalized management plan.

Under current Medicare guidelines, you are eligible for this specific assessment if you:

⭐️Are eligible to receive Medicare benefits.

⭐️ Have not received a Menopausal Health Assessment (MBS Item 695/19000) in the previous 12-month period.

⭐️Are experiencing premature ovarian insufficiency, early menopause, perimenopause, or menopause symptoms, or are currently undergoing treatment for these symptoms.

What to expect:

The consultation lasts a minimum of 20 minutes and includes a thorough review of your history, a physical health check (including blood pressure and BMI), and a discussion regarding symptom management and preventative care. Out of pocket expense is $73.90

We are looking for a caring, professional EN to join our team!

The Roster (We’re Flexible!)
We have a specific set of hours we are looking to cover, but for the right person, we are happy to chat about how these might fit your schedule. Our "ideal" hours are:

🗓️ Monday: 11:00am – 5:00pm
🗓️ Tuesday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
🗓️ Wednesday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
🗓️ Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
🏥 Occasional Saturdays: To help cover staff leave.

While these are the hours we are looking to fill, we are open to discussing the roster with the right candidate!

What we’re looking for:
✅ Experience: Ideally, you’ve worked in a GP or specialist clinic before.
✅ Qualifications: Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
✅ Skills: Wound care, immunisations, and assisting with minor procedures.
✅ The Vibe: You’re patient-focused, organized, and enjoy working in a supportive team.

Our clinic is a busy, supportive, and patient-focused environment, and we’re looking for a new face to join our front-desk family! We pride ourselves on providing a warm welcome to everyone who walks through our doors, and we need a reliable Receptionist who genuinely enjoys helping people.

The Role & Hours

We are looking for someone to help us cover our core early-week shifts. These hours are fixed to ensure our clinic stays running smoothly, so we need a dedicated team member who is happy with the following schedule:

Monday to Wednesday: 10:00am – 6:30pm (Fixed)

A Little Extra: We also need someone who can jump in and help cover an occasional Saturday when our regular Saturday team is on leave or needs a hand.

Note: Because these shifts provide essential coverage for our doctors and patients, the Monday–Wednesday hours are non-negotiable. If this schedule fits your lifestyle perfectly, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Being the friendly first point of contact for our patients.

Answering calls, booking appointments, and keeping the waiting room tidy.

Handling billings and Medicare claims with a smile.

Supporting our clinical team with general admin tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: We’d prefer someone who has worked in a medical or specialist reception before—someone who "hits the ground running" and understands the flow of a clinic.

A People Person: You’re empathetic, professional, and stay calm when the phones get busy.

Reliability: Our team relies on each other, so we’re looking for someone punctual and committed to their roster.
