I’m not crying, you are!

After 6 years, this morning I guided my final meditation for my Creating a Safe World Within community.

It all started from a phone call from the team at Medibank back in March 2020, when, with a deep shared desire to support people sitting in uncertainty and fear about the pandemic, coupled with a very dodgy internet connection, I did my first daily morning meditation livestream as part of Medibank’s Live Better program. Four months later, with 5k people tuning in daily, medibank kindly allowed me to continue on here with the daily lives on my own page.

🩵 To everyone who has joined in a practice and shared a vulnerable, kind or supportive remark in the comments, I thank you. We proved that the online space does not need to be an unkind one, or an unsafe one. In six years of doing these lives, I am still yet to EVER read one unkind comment. That to me is the most special part of all. We created a community of kindness in a world that so desperately needs it, and we did it effortlessly.

So what is next you ask? Well, my heart and soul has been poured into my next community project -

After several years focused solely on corporate wellbeing and mindfulness, I feel called to reopen space in my practice one day a week for 1:1 therapy clients via videocall.

So if you're navigating work-related burnout or bullying, family or relationship challenges, existential or climate grief, ADHD or neurodivergence, chronic illness (including endometriosis), or ongoing anxiety and mood concerns, I would like to offer a grounded and non-judgmental space to help you find clarity and support.

All sessions are rebatable via Medicare with a referral and Mental Health Care Plan from the GP.
