YTT 200 - Bali 2025

What can I say? It’s actually very hard to find the right words to describe this experience.

I knew I had to deepen my practice. I wasn’t sure if it was the right time or not. I was worried about the money and if I was going to actually use this certification for something in the future. But things aligned, one way or another, and the universe brought me here. And I am glad I took the leap and headed forward.

I am still not sure what and how it will be. But I am sure that yoga is part of me and who I am now and I am keen to keep practicing and share whatever I know with whoever will need it. On the mat or out.

The thing about yoga is that is about union. And when you are connected, with someone, with yourself or with something that’s bigger than us, I feel that’s where the power lies.

I can’t be more thankful to have experienced this. The people that I met, the teachers, the practices and everyone or everything who helped us on the way.. Everyone, everything, perhaps in small ways contributed somehow to make all of this experience special..and I feel very grateful.

With my heart full of joy and a Yoga teacher certificate I will leave this beautiful country today and will head back home 🇦🇺 .
