Equine therapy - beyond words! 🐴✨

My heart is full as I reflect on my first experience with equine therapy 🤍 I’m so excited for this weekend’s Trio of Bliss events! ✨ Anna & I will be combining our healing modalities to restore balance, harmony, and an inner state of wellbeing.

We’ll begin our journey outside, immersed in nature, with a grounding meditation to open our senses and settle into our energy before connecting with the horses. I’ll be guiding you through this magical experience with gentle, soothing instruments and voice.

Afterward, we’ll gather by the fire in the yoga studio for a blissful 60-minute Sound Healing, where Anna will lead you through a nurturing Yin Yoga practice. 🧘

This sacred blend of horse energy, sound & yin offers a unique and powerful journey to restore balance and harmony within - ✨ a trio of pure bliss! ✨
