I’m deeply honoured to be invited as the special guest for the very first Sacred Sunday Circle, a beautiful new monthly gathering created by a dear friend, held in the heart of Burringbar.

This circle is an invitation to slow down, to reconnect, and to be held in a space of presence and intention.

For this opening gathering on Sunday 26th April, I’ll be guiding a sound healing journey, a space to soften, release, and return to yourself through vibration and sound.

✨ Harmony Within | One Week Away ✨

I’m feeling deeply grateful to be stepping back onto the land at Heartwood Farm once again.

There is something incredibly special about this place, the stillness, the way the land holds you, and the space it offers to truly soften. Returning here to share Harmony Within feels like coming home.

This is not a workshop.
It’s an immersion.

An afternoon of Yoga Nidra and healing sound, where you’re gently guided into rest, release and deep inner listening. A space to let go of the noise, settle your nervous system, and allow harmony to restore itself, naturally.

I’m so excited to be returning to Heartwood Farm to facilitate this beautiful afternoon of deep rest and sound healing alongside Lionsgate Events 💛

Last year’s experience stayed with me for a long time, the land, the stillness, the way sound moved through the space and through people. I can already feel the power of being back there.

This Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath Immersion is an invitation to soften, rest deeply, and allow the body and nervous system to reset.
I’ll be weaving voice, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls and tuning forks to create a gentle, supportive soundscape, a space where nothing is required of you except to receive.

I was gently supported and guided by the lovely Caroline to a level of release I didn’t realise was possible for me.

Across six sessions, I felt years of trauma chiseled tension just melt away. I breathed, I opened, I released and I transformed.

Throughout the sessions I was deeply held and cocooned in Caroline’s calming, healing energy. Her skill, warmth, and attunement made this a truly life changing experience, and I am sincerely grateful for her beautiful work.
