A place where mothers can exhale and simply be,
and daughters can feel seen, capable, and free✨

Together we’ll camp, learn simple farm skills, share stories around the fire, laugh, and make memories that last far beyond the week.

🌿 Reclaiming the Intelligence of the Body

We’ve been conditioned, for generations, to look outside of ourselves for answers—especially when it comes to our health and wellbeing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual ✨

We’ve been taught that someone else always knows better, or there is a pill to fix it ❤️‍🩹

That healing is something done to us, not something that can rise from within us.

But the truth is:
🔥Our bodies are wise.
🔥They carry intelligence far beyond what we’ve been led to believe.
🔥They hold stories, memories, instincts—and yes, the capacity to heal.

When we begin to reclaim that truth, something shifts.
We move from feeling like victims of our experience to becoming active participants in our healing.
We return to a deeper relationship with ourselves.

This isn’t about rejecting support from others. 🙏🏽

It’s about learning to trust the deep knowing that already lives inside you.
✨You are not broken.
✨You are not powerless.
✨Your body is not your enemy.

🌿 Trusting Yourself – The Foundation of Healing

After sharing a piece of my story this week, I’ve been reflecting more on what healing has taught me. One thing that continues to come up—again and again—is the importance of trust ✨

The quiet, steady kind of trust that grows when we pause and listen to ourselves 💜 (and then follow through)

It’s not always easy to trust—especially when life feels uncertain. But I’ve learned that our bodies carry so much wisdom🔥

Sometimes all they need is space to speak…..

Trust will often show up in stillness, in gentle moments of presence, in being held - physically, emotionally & spiritually

It always starts with listening….

You don’t need all the answers.
Just begin with trust.
That’s where healing begins for all of us….
