Apologies 4 not posting much as I am so so sick from not being able to find uncontaminated food. I am affected by soy 2 which is a hidden nasty as well.

I have found that ENZYMES are helping me deal with this hideous substance. I am also taking calcium d glucarate. The enzyme help the break down & processing of estrogen which causes me a huge amount of trouble. I have found that GENTIAN plays a big role in the elimination of estrogen and he stimulation of the production of enzymes in your liver. I am going to explore this further with GENTIAN. I will post a link in the comments re GENTIAN. These enzymes improved my reaction but still not out of the woods with estrogen pathways as it's not enough. I will keep you posted. I am about to do gut biome mapping too so it's going to be interesting. I believe rapeseed has been destroying my gut biome as it destroys the microbes in the soil.
