⚡️Ubiquinol is honestly a wonder nutrient.
Since it helps support ATP energy production in our mitochondria, its can help support almost any depleted state - burnout, postpartum (and great in pregnancy), chronic fatigue, mould recovery, post viral fatigue - you name it!

⚡️It’s also a great preventative measure to support your cardiovascular system and cellular health as you age.

I’ll start by saying I am by no means the classic naturopath who eats perfectly. I’ve been known to called a ‘naughty naturopath’ never mind.
But when it comes to cooking for my family I do follow some basic guidelines:
_
🐟The Mediterranean diet - fresh whole foods, lots of colourful fruit & veggies, omega-3 rich foods like fish, good fats 🥑, whole grains (though I leave out gluten completely for myself).
I do my best to avoid processed foods, refined sugar and too much fried food.

🍄‍🟫Then I take it up a level and implement aspects from the MIND diet. This is basically the Mediterranean diet plus foods focusing on cognitive health such as organic (and only organic) berries, herbs such as rosemary for memory, saffron for cognitive function, turmeric for inflammation, and of course, medicinal mushies such as lions mane.

🍴As a naturopath, people often ask me - how do you eat? So here is my rough guide but never forget that eating should be relaxing and enjoyable; we can usually create a healthy diet for almost anyone with our varying individual likes and dislikes. There is no one way to do it, we are all different and so are our dietary preferences and needs. X

I’m thinking about how it might be impacting your health

There’s a layer of healing that doesn’t come from supplements, protocols or even food.

It’s subtle. Emotional. Energetic.
This is where flower essences glow ✨

Flower essences work as vibrational medicine. They don’t force change in the body. They gently shift the emotional patterns that sit underneath so many physical symptoms.

The world, or at least a decent slice of it, is in chaos. And the collective mood feels something like the maybe the house is a little bit on fire 🔥

We are feeling stressed and angry about the injustice of it all and a lot of us find ourselves engaging in online arguments with fellow humans, or mostly bots, all the while becoming more and more divided and less understood. So what can we do?
_
Hear me out here - imagine everyone decided to take a step back, or rather a step inwards, and regulate their own nervous system. We would have so much less angr / violence / arguing / frustration / fear / pretty much any negative emotion. Imagine these greedy world leaders took the time for more self reflection and healed their own inner wounds - huh, imagine.
_
We can’t force others, but we can work on ourselves. I invite you to take a moment away from the chaos of social media, and put into action some steps to nourish your nervous system. This may be a deep healing journey, or some simple daily practices. Big or small, it can make a profound change to your daily experience, and this is what changes the collective as a whole.
Truly, being a calm, regulated person in 2026 is the biggest 🖕to all thats wrong with the world today.

🏃‍♀️ Move! Exercise, stretch, just move your body.
💨 Breathe! Breathwork changes life.

☕️ Tea time - allow yourself 10min for tea & reading/ journaling/ breathing. No screens, go old school.
😴 Sleep - Prioritise, prioritise, prioritise. A central pillar for your nervous system.
👯 Socialise - in real life! Friends are medicine.
🧹 Clean - a clean home/ space relaxes the soul.
📿 Spirit - pray, meditate, walk in nature - whatever it is that brings you closer to the greater power.
