The elders always saw the other side, the full picture of life.

Happiness exists at the same time as sadness.
Joy and grief.
Loss and gain.

We cannot have one without the other and also, in truth, we would not be able to feel one without the other. Like two sides of the same coin, the yin and the yang.

Pain is part of life. The life itself becomes how we move through it to reach the happiness that follows.

Narrated by Alan Watts.

A little blessing for the busy season ~

May you be surrounded by loved ones

May you dance and play and be merry

May you shine your light and share your truth

May you invite curiosity in each moment

May you remember to breathe

May you know that you are always connected, that you are always very, very essential to making this world a more beautiful place

I know the holiday season can sometimes be a little stressful sometimes but here's a little reminder that you deserve to relax, unwind and enjoy these precious memories with family and friends

From my happy place on the Richmond river 🌈 🌺 🙏

This past year has been one of deep transformation.
Of shedding old skins.
Old stories.
Old identities.
Even old versions of our bodies, our relationships, our sense of certainty.

For many of us, it feels like we’re standing in a strange in-between—no longer who we were,
not quite sure who we’re becoming.

This is the void.

And I know how uncomfortable it can be.

There’s a lot of talk right now about jumping ahead—about leaving 2025 behind, about the symbolism of the snake shedding its skin, about what’s coming next. I feel that pull too. The desire to move on, to arrive somewhere clearer, lighter, more resolved.

But as we enter this new year of 2026… this moment right before the threshold…there is an invitation to stay.

To sit with the questions instead of rushing to answers.

Who am I now, after this year?
What stories have I released?
What stories are still transforming?
Who is no longer walking beside me?
Who has surprised me by staying—through everything?
And who am I becoming, even if I can’t name it yet?

Sending you all so much love ❤️ ❤️

This is a dream come true ✨️💓

I've always wanted to be able to share the complete Ayurvedic experience with friends, family and clients and finally... it's finally possible to be able to do that!

This 14 day retreat in Kerala, South India is my favourite travel destination, one that I've booked again and again whenever I've needed it. You're not just having a holiday, a blissful time out swinging in the hammock under the palm trees, you're stripping away all the old, heavy, stagnant, stuck energy from your entire being - both physically, mentally and emotionally. It's a full body reset and it's a full body YES from me!

As an Ayurvedic practitioner, I love to see the way every person changes over the 14 days during the retreat. Their face becomes bright, their bodies strong and their energy becomes calm and peaceful. It's such a beautiful transformation. We are staying on locally owned land that has been owned by the same family for generations. The doctor and his wife come from a lineage of Ayurvedic healers called "Vaidyas". This place is steeped in magic and beauty, and I'm so excited to share it with you.

The therapists, the cook, gardener, yoga teacher and even the driver are all local people, and some of them live so close they can even walk to work each day. For me, it feels like I'm coming home every time I arrive at this beautiful place 🥰

So happy to be able to share this retreat with you all for the very first time. See you soon for some delicious Ayurvedic pampering!

This is big for me to share...

The last time I went to India, I was going through a breakup. I had been in a long term relationship with my partner and finally, right at the end, things fell apart. Things happened that hurt me, and it's taken the last year for me to be able to heal properly.

It's been a year of self inquiry, of going slow and listening to my body. It's taken time to let go and allow what happened to slowly unravel itself, without attaching that story to my current reality. It's been a big leap of maturity too, of knowing that no matter what happens, I will be okay. I can't control what others do, but I can decide how I want to write my own story.

Everything blew up. Literally. A few other things happened at the same time that had a huge impact and it was all too much. The only thing that saved me was booking my flight to India and just getting out of there. I was picked up by my friends at the local airport and they took me to their retreat centre for Ayurvedic healing. I've been to this beautiful sanctuary a few times before, every time I needed the care, support and space to heal. This place, these treatments, this ancient wisdom has put me back together time and time again.

This peaceful oasis in Kerala, South India is owned by my friend and his wife, and they live on the land with their children. They provide Ayurvedic medicines, treatments, food and accomodation. Every day we woke up for a morning walk through the local countryside, every day we had a massage and amazing local food, tea, juices, and desserts. We had daily yoga sessions and time and space to relax, to sit in the hammock and read novels, to lay on our private verandahs and simply let go. Nothing to do and nowhere to be. The whole experience put me back together, piece by piece.

I'm taking a small group of 8 people over to the same place this November. This place has healed me, so many times over, and I want to share this with others.

And.... good news! We've just had 2 spaces become available. If you need a break, need to reset and have time to unwind and heal, send me a message xx

Why Am I Into Ayurveda?

Hey, I'm Jasmine. Most of you know me already through yoga, surf, Ayurvedic, martial arts or meditation circles. A few of you know me from some secret groups which I don't have permission to mention here... Why did I start Ayurveda? Six years ago, I started a journey of health and wellness. I wanted to be able to support my body and have the energy to engage in my active lifestyle. I knew that diet was very important to maintaining optimal efficiency of the body. What I ate every day had an impact not only on my physical health but also my mental and emotional balance. I went through a process of trying out different diets and became vegan, vegetarian, paleo, fruitarian and even tried breath-arian (only for 24hrs!) All of these diets were well documented - what to eat, how to eat it and where to go next. The problem was, none of them sustained me. I was going through school leading up to my final exams, I was running the Byron lighthouse track in the afternoons, playing soccer and surfing. I also hung out with my friends and maintained an active social life. And then I came across Ayurveda. The principles of diet and lifestyle were amazing - clear, logical steps of exactly how to support my body's wellness. Specific to me and my genetic and physical makeup (Vata, Pitta, Kapha if you know the Ayurvedic lingo). It worked!! I felt strong, powerful and balanced. I had enough energy to maintain my active lifestyle and also was grounded enough to start to stop, breathe and slow down in between the busyness. I'd found it!! When I finished my exams, I left for India. I went travelling around South-East Asia for the next year - through Malaysia, Sri Lanka and then finishing my trip in India. Maybe it was the young-and-dumb approach, but I threw caution to the wind and ate and drank all the food I could get my hands on - all the street food and the goodies I could find. I loved the Indian food!! I lived with local Indian families and cooked and ate with them. When I returned home, I had a parasite in my gut. I was bloated and constantly tired. I had no energy. I didn't want to eat and wasn't interested in food. My skin started becoming blotchy and a rash appeared across my face - I never wear makeup but I had to start trying to cover up the red, scaly skin that started to appear across my jaw. I tried multiple healing sessions and herbs and diet changes. Nothing worked. I was in agony!! I didn't want to see my friends because I had no energy to do anything, and I didn't want to go outside because my face had an angry rash across it. It was big for my self esteem and I felt rejected and lonely. And then I came back to Ayurveda. I went and saw an Ayurvedic practitioner and he gave me Ayurvedic herbal preparations to take and diet guidelines to follow. It was a miracle! In a few short weeks, the parasite was gone from my gut and I was rebuilding my health. I felt stronger, better and wanted to engage in my world again. I was back in my element, back to the happy me 📷:) I wanted to share this healing and proven methods for health and wellness. If Ayurveda could heal me entirely, this could be the answer for other people as well. So I found a course, enrolled and began the Advanced Diploma of Ayurveda through AIAS Institute. Three years later, I graduated at top of my class. Now, I am here to share it with you. I want to be part of the healing journey for you. I want to be that person who supports you through whatever you are going through - to be the best version of yourself. To wake up in the morning with energy. To be strong and fit. To maintain an active lifestyle and engage with your world in the most powerful way. That's why I'm here. If you want to see me for a consultation, send me a message now. I'd love to work with you!
