Right now I'm quite taken up with writing my first book. It's inspired by my practice and teaching of the I Am Breath and connecting the dots linked to The 5 Platonic Solids, the quantum field, and higher consciousness. and ultimately our survival. As I write im logging my understanding of how far I have come and our collective evolution.. We have the power to transform our lives and everything begins with our conscious breath. Everything is Breath, awareness and intention. We are created in PHI, the GOLDEN RATIO CODE, to co-create and that gives us our connection to our inner light, our power to transform and manifest. It's actually quite simple SO, for now, please practice awareness once a day or occasionally to become conscious of your breath and its link to your survival your very existence. Right now in this moment as you are reading Just Pause and as you breathe in be aware of this life-giving practice you do every day without stopping to acknowledge the source of its power.. to support your life in every possible way.. Thankyou Turquoise Coleman for a beautiful release yesterday. I wanted to write about it and tell everybody at once immediately and have found myself this morning reflecting back after successfully clearing the things that have been holding me back.
The release I experienced with I Am Breath was phenomenal. It bought me back to purpose, potential and positive action leading to a number of resolutions within hours.
I Am Breath means so many things to me, specifically aligning my body with my souls desire to act in melody with my intentions to live a full happy and healthy life.

A few years ago i showed The i am essence/ I am breath symbol to a friend and she said 'it looks like a KEY'; Which made sense; But now i can speak from experience that it really is a KEY for SPIRITUAL EMPOWERMENT .. From practicing the I AM BREATH Consciousness has revealed to me the simplicity and true meaning of self actualization, mindfulness , peace and creativity, being co-creative, activating magnetic or sexual energy or whatever personal empowerment means for you. These are just words attached to the energy that I've experienced.. But they are relevant to most of us.. For me connectivity, FEELING ONE with Creation OR what i now call FEELING PHI!! was always my purpose.. I LOVE HAVING ACCESS to super nature/Divine source, Higher consciousness etc etc...
