A mother of three who loves to challenge the norm and embrace empowerment for herself and others.

My love of yoga started at 17 when I experienced my first practice. Since then I’ve been dancing with Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Prana Vinyasa and Acro, and was drawn to teacher training to share the energy of movement and meditation with others.

I invite you to share the fluidity and fun of yoga in your life.

Yoga empowers you to change your state of mind by the way you breathe consciously to be fully present, surrender to the moment and show vulnerability.
