Still carrying the quiet glow of our weekend in Minnie Water.
Held so beautifully by , Unstuck invited us to explore what it means to let go—of old roles, outgrown stories, and the layers that keep us from our truest self.
Through movement, nature, art, and conversation, we returned to something simpler.
In my workshop The Clearing, we worked with the archetypes of the natural world—
not to fix, but to remember. To reconnect with what lives underneath all the doing.
’s reflections on joy and creativity were a grounding thread through it all.
Such a gift to be in a space where depth and lightness sit side by side.
To the seven remarkable women who showed up with such presence—you brought so much honesty, warmth, and inspiration.
And to Michael—thank you for the way we were nourished. The meals, the care, the house itself carried its own quiet alchemy.
