I was gently supported and guided by the lovely Caroline to a level of release I didn’t realise was possible for me.

Across six sessions, I felt years of trauma chiseled tension just melt away. I breathed, I opened, I released and I transformed.

PTSD isn’t just psychological, it’s a nervous system stuck in overdrive.

Repeated stress keeps the amygdala, hippocampus, and stress hormones locked into fight-or-flight, overriding rational thinking and creating anxiety.

At this point in time in the world, the way we relate to ourselves and each other matters more than ever.

We take in millions of bits of information every second, yet consciously perceive only a small fraction. What we notice is filtered through belief systems, culture, and early imprinting, shaping how we connect, communicate, and respond under stress.

In a world that has trained us to live primarily in the mind, emotions often contract inward or discharge outward. When the nervous system is overloaded, genuine empathic and energetic connection becomes difficult, not through lack of care, but through lack of regulation.

This is why embodied, nervous-system–informed approaches are no longer optional for practitioners.

The Somatic RESET Practitioner Training offers an additional modality for those working in health, therapy, and holistic fields, supporting regulation, presence, and deeper relational safety, both for clients and for ourselves as practitioners.
