Ñaupa Iglesia, ‘the Chakana Altar’, is a sacred shrine carved into a cliffside in the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Its name, meaning "Ancient Church," reflects its spiritual significance, a place for Incan ceremonies and offerings to the gods. At the heart of the site is a carved altar and a stone "doorway.", some considering it a gateway to another world. It’s also called Choquequilla by the locals which means ‘temple where gold shines’.
I feel it contains an interdimensional portal that connects us with our origins from the stars and is a cosmic energy source – one of the most powerful portals I’ve experienced in the Sacred Valley. I always feel such strong energies when visiting this site. The transmissions were extra potent on this visit as was it was my first time entering while working with Maestro Huachuma 🌵✨ .
Whoever arrives here with respect, clear intention & an open heart may receive profound teachings as it’s a doorway to the Cosmic Library. It can also create a deep space for introspection & transformation - revealing mental patterns, emotional blockages, and memories that may be understood, felt, and released.
Much gratitude to my Andean brothers, Percy & Alfredo for guiding me to these amazing places & your continued support on my path of studying the Andean Cosmology 💫
This is one of the many portals we visit on the Sacred Peru Pilgrimage I’m leading in May 2026 - you'll also have the opportunity to connect with Wisdom Keepers, participate in powerful ceremonies & soak up the incredible beauty & magic that Peru has to offer.
