These symptoms are SO common that most women just accept them as normal…

But they’re not normal, and they’re telling you something really important about your metabolism!! 🚩🚩

Here’s what’s happening:

Every time you eat something that spikes your blood sugar, your body releases insulin to bring it back down. Insulin is your fat storage hormone, so while it’s elevated, your body is storing fat rather than burning it

If your blood sugar is going up and down all day long (which for a lot of women it is, even on a “healthy” diet), your body is barely getting a chance to burn fat at all and your energy will feel like it’s on a rollercoaster over the day

This still applies to healthy foods like oats, fruit, smoothies, acai bowls etc, especially without enough protein or fat to slow things down.

So what does it actually feel like? 👇🏼
– Waking up feeling tired and sluggish even after a full night of sleep
– Needing coffee before you feel like a functioning human
– Hungry again within an hour or two of eating a full meal
– That 3pm energy crash that hits you every single afternoon
– Feeling shaky, irritable or anxious when meals are delayed
– Strong cravings for something sweet right after eating
– Brain fog or that heavy sluggish feeling after meals
– Waking up at 2–4am with your mind suddenly racing
– Mood dips or low level anxiety that seem to come out of nowhere
– Bloating or puffiness after eating, especially higher carb meals
– Weight creeping up around your midsection even when nothing has changed
– PMS symptoms getting worse every cycle…cravings, breakouts, mood swings

Why keep doing it the hard way when you can do it the easy way? 😉

One of the girls in my trial group for Balance and Burn said, “I actually can’t believe how easy this feels compared to what I’ve done before”
