I’m at that age where my skin needs some extra support. I wish I’d been more proactive 10 years ago. So my commitment to myself is to have a simple beauty routine that works, and which I can be consistent around.

But then the question comes, “What products do I need to support my skin in looking young, hydrated and elastic?”

Everything we put in our body temple (the food we eat, the sunshine we bathe in, the fresh air we breathe, the joy and love we experience)…it all reflects in our outer radiance.

I’ve always prided myself on aging gracefully. I use all of these things above AND the power of therapeutic-grade essential oils and low-tox living to slow down those signs of aging. Have you ever tried Young Living’s Sulfurzyme? In my opinion it’s the unsung hero in their supplement range.

In fact, if you put me on a desert island and told me I could only have one supplement, I would be really struggling to choose between NingXia Red and Sulfurzyme….and I actually think the winner for me would be Sulfurzyme (but it would be a really tough choice).

One of my friends contacted me a week ago and let me know how much our oils have helped her son (on so many levels). They have been life changing for her and her family, and especially for her son.

I love what Dr. Wayne Dyer said about Young Living at our convention in 2013. He said, “Young Living is a company founded on miracles, teaching the world that there is a better way through God’s bottles of essential oils”.

That is so true. It’s been more than 27 years since I started using the Young Living oils, and I still have wow experiences. I had one last week which is quite personal and even a little embarrassing for me to share about….but I hope it will help you. Enjoy the read!

I’ve been using the Young Living diffusers for over 27 years, and I absolutely love them, as well as having a good understanding of the technology behind them. However, I also took the opportunity to contact Young Living for their perspective, because I wanted to understand what distinguishes their diffusers from other brands.

I’ve lost count of how many farms I’ve visited (it’s at least 14 around the globe, some of them multiple times). Each farm has its own plants and its own story. Every farm is a unique adventure, and touches my heart with both the care and enthusiasm of the people who work on the farm, and also the sense of peace on the land.

This week I’ve just returned from my fourth visit to our Australian Blue Cypress partner farm, the Outback Botanical Reserve and Distillery located in Darwin.

On my recent visits to the United States, I’ve had the opportunity to experience a range of products that Young Living sells there, which isn’t available in our regional markets like AU/NZ and UK/Europe.

I’m referring to Young Living’s “OTC” range of products.

I had been exploring some of Young Living's spiritual oils, and I came across an oil called White Angelica. But when it arrived and I opened the bottle and took a deep whiff, I couldn’t stand the smell!

Gary mentioned that if you don't like the smell of an oil, then that’s a sign that you really need this oil, but are rejecting its qualities.

It’s like someone who craves love, but can’t see it when it’s under their nose, and instead seeks it from people who can’t return their love. We can do the same thing with essential oils.

Now I love White Angelica, and I use it every single day. I can’t fathom why I didn’t like the smell of it, because it smells beautiful to me now – I even stroke it through my hair.
