•🌀it requires focus, patience (sorry) & practice, keep giving this muscle your attention and energy. It loves it and will wake up under your loving gaze.

•🌀meditate or sit quietly in nature; practice being the observer of your experience. Quality over quantity- even holding detached focus for only a few minutes is a great start.

•🌀exercise! The most underrated spiritual tool in my observation. Especially for sensitives! Moving energy through your body with psychical activity is a fool proof way to hear your inner knowing - once you have emptied the chatter, the intuition can be heard. Find something you like that moves your body so you feel the energy flowing.

We are highly susceptible beings.

with an open heart, kind ears, warm hands, and a peaceful mind.

🪱Worm Wisdom.

During the Sirius Gateway, I journeyed through the realms of Earth and star, and was delighted that so many terrestrial and celestial beings came forward with a message for humanity.

A transmission from the worm consciousness was one that stuck with me so I thought I would share a snippet of the hypnotherapy journey from day three of the Radiant Knowing activation.

The worm whispered of quiet power.
Of unseen transformation.
Of the beauty of moving slowly through the dark
trusting that decay is part of rebirth.

The worm doesn’t rush to be seen.
It trusts the process.
It nourishes life through presence, not performance.
