The intuitive intelligence is a muscle you already have. Here’s what you need to know to strengthen it:

•🌀it requires focus, patience (sorry) & practice, keep giving this muscle your attention and energy. It loves it and will wake up under your loving gaze.

•🌀meditate or sit quietly in nature; practice being the observer of your experience. Quality over quantity- even holding detached focus for only a few minutes is a great start.

•🌀exercise! The most underrated spiritual tool in my observation. Especially for sensitives! Moving energy through your body with psychical activity is a fool proof way to hear your inner knowing - once you have emptied the chatter, the intuition can be heard. Find something you like that moves your body so you feel the energy flowing.

We are highly susceptible beings.

We become what we watch, what we listen to, and what we speak. We adopt the traits of those we spend our days with.
And make no mistake programs are constantly running to capture and direct our energy.

The voices of the enslavers, politicians, media machines, and consumer culture work tirelessly to disempower us, to sell to us, to harvest our attention and life force.

Self-mastery is the way out.

It is the choice to turn the gaze inward, to shine light on the hidden places, to accept all shades of self as love.

From there, the unfolding is luminous:
💫 We awaken courage and compassion.
💫 We step into sovereignty, fuelled by intuition and love.
💫 We remember the wholeness that has always been ours.

This is the true spellwork. Not manipulation, not control

Realising we’ve stepped into a time where authenticity is favoured and imperfection is celebrated…
It must be time for us to unapologetically shine! ✨

I don’t know about you, but I’m done.
Done with not being myself.
Done with pretending to be what you want me to be.
Done with trying to be what past-me thought I “should” be.

I’m bored of the old stories:
That I’ll be worthy when I’ve achieved this, that, and the other.
Bored of comparison.
Bored of competition.
Bored of self-punishment and martyrdom disguised as “personal evolution”

Now, I meet myself differently-
with an open heart, kind ears, warm hands, and a peaceful mind.
Willing to accept all parts of me:
what has been, what is here now, what was never mine to carry.

I accept myself as I am,
and in that acceptance, I find freedom.

Freedom to move forward with courage,
