✨Produces endorphins to assist with a positive mental state
✨Increases bone density to reduce risk of osteoporosis.

It is these reasons and many more as to why exercising is beneficial not only when you're young, but also almost more important as you age!

👶👨‍🦰This not only applies for kids, but also the importance of staying fit and healthy during pregnancy.
💜Not only to assist with the demands of labour, but also to reduce musculoskeletal pain, improve blood glucose levels, improve circulation and promote better sleep. 🤱
