A brief insight about me...I am a meditation practitioner, wellness facilitator, and professional musician with a lifelong commitment to personal growth and holistic wellbeing. Try any or a combination of the following practices. Meditation, breath work, yoga, walking barefoot, time in nature, sitting with yourself in silence, just to offer a few practices.
