A spectacular total lunar eclipse in Pisces will be visible in the small hours of Monday morning so, if you are a night owl, you will be able to watch the penumbral eclipse begin at 1:28am NSW time with the full eclipse beginning at 3:30am, weather permitting!
As we enter into the eclipse tunnel - the phase between one eclipse and the next (in two weeks’ time), it’s time to illuminate your path and steer yourself towards a fresh scenario.
This eclipse season is particularly potent as it kickstarts a fresh 18-year cycle. Ask yourself what you are ready to change about an arrangement you made approximately 18 years ago…
It’s time to reorganise it!
This may feel that you are letting something very precious go but rest assured this will be so that you can organise something that aligns more with the person you are now as opposed to who you were 18 years ago.
There will be a sense of necessity that pervades the week… You will either be enjoying connections with people you know are dear to your heart and therefore are necessary in your life - and on the other extreme, there may be a sense of the inevitable. There will be many shades of eventuality in between these two scenarios, depending on your own birth chart…(and who you are of course!)
Suffice to say, this eclipse season will prove to be most intense for those with a strong mutable signature in your chart (Pisces, Virgo, Gemini, Sagittarius).
Your best approach is to remain open to change within your own perspective principally, as this corridor of change comes from deep in your subconscious and will lead to actions that could alter your usual daily life which mostly includes your approach to work and health.

As we are now firmly in Virgo season, we might expect this to be a ‘feet-on-the-ground’, earthy and straightforward time, and yet with the entry of Saturn retrograde into Pisces on 1 September, a wistful and even nostalgic and retrospective four weeks also brings the potential for an idealistic approach to life.
And so it’s important now as we lead into a potentially intense eclipse season (the first eclipse is on the 8th), that we take into account whether we are making plans based on assumptions or on realities when making long-range decisions.
For this reason, this week there will be a sense of reward for having planned carefully in the past for some, while for others a need to gain ground in a more practical way.
Monday and Tuesday potentially bring progress, especially health-wise, even if only due to information that comes your way regarding health.
Be careful with communications midweek and towards Friday and Saturday. Avoid impulsiveness as mistakes could be made…
That said, midweek could bring an upbeat connection with someone optimistic.

This is a good new moon week (the new moon was in Virgo yesterday) to put ideas and plans in motion especially to do with work and health and especially if you realise you’ve outgrown patterns or routines you have become accustomed to.
Ask yourself how you might express yourself in new and invigorating ways and also how you might upgrade some of your skillsets.
During the week there are some great planetary aspects that can only further your projects. But it’s in your interest to be open to being spontaneous and to do something different.
Some projects might need more work than you had initially anticipated, but this needn’t be a dreadful thing. Just take a leaf out of the sign of the new moon: Virgo. Be practical, feet on the ground and get things as ship shape as possible (before 6th September if you can)…
In the meantime, communications on Monday may be a little more complex than you would like and developments towards Wednesday and Thursday more intense than you would have liked.
Try to see developments as opportunities to shift gear into a fresh understanding of your circumstances.
This is a particularly good time for Virgos to begin something new as the next new moon (September 22) will also be in Virgo, so you gain the double whammy of reinvigorating new energy.
That said, all zodiac signs are likely to experience a sense that there is the need to tidy up at least one area of your life, making this a good time to tie up loose ends and to prepare for the new.

There was some amazing light on the horizon last week as we begin a change of season…
This week, communications you undertook last week can step ahead on Monday and Tuesday, so be sure to stay on top of important matters such as paperwork.
You may also enjoy some get-togethers or good news from people you were in touch with last week.
During the week, we also have the potential to gain a sense of revitalisation and an increase in self-belief and self-confidence, so take the initiative with your projects.
It’s a particularly positive week for focusing on health and well-being both in your physical self, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, as your efforts to improve these aspects of yourself are likely to take effect, especially midweek.
That said, if you have been unsure of your path more recently, you may experience a course correction during the week, which nevertheless will serve ultimately to get you back on track on.
The days before Saturday’s Virgo new moon will be ideal for formulating long-term ideas and plans, and the days following the new moon will be ideal for implementing plans. More about that next week! Have a good week. x

Time to take a leap of faith?
Monday marks the end of the Mercury retrograde phase in Leo. If you have experienced misunderstandings and delays over the last couple of weeks, things may take a little while (until the 25th) to get back on course, but communications are likely to improve in general from tomorrow...
Monday and Tuesday bring important news and information that are going to steer you in the right direction as you’ll gain insight at the very least.
The aspect between Saturn and Uranus also brings important developments and these can help you move your projects along.
You may nevertheless be surprised by some of the information you receive and will need to research the best way forward.
Next Friday/Saturday brings a beautiful opportunity for romance, the arts and being with like-minded people.

Clarity is on the way! The lead-up to a full moon is often a time where conclusions can be drawn and this, largely because you gain the information you need to be able to proceed towards a fresh understanding of your current circumstances. Saturday’s full moon will be in Aquarius.
In the meantime, avoid being too put off by the current Mercury retrograde phase … It’s not all bad as Mercury retrograde phases can be an excellent time to retrace your steps, and to get in touch with important people in your life, both in your personal life and at work.
That said, the exact parameters of how Mercury retrograde affects you personally do depend on the date, time and place you were born.
So in the lead-up to this week’s full moon you’ll gain the sense that certain projects are coming to culmination, providing you with the insight you need to plan ahead.
In the long-term, and in the big picture, the next few months are ideal for making serious, well thought-out plans so if you find this week’s insights feed into your bigger picture plans, this is your cue that you’re on the right path.
Saturday’s full moon puts the spotlight on fresh pathways opening up to you that may even be unexpected or quirky in nature. So be sure to think outside the square and be progressive!

This is an excellent week for getting things ship-shape. Think about which areas of your life need a little attention to detail so that you feel you’re on top of things…anything from gardening to paperwork to finances to a better health regime.
The planets at the moment will help you succeed.
If you’re up early enough, you will see Jupiter towards the sunrise and a little higher in the sky also Saturn. These two powerful planets are currently in a loose 90-degree angle bringing the sense that some effort may be necessary due to challenging circumstances. So if you can rise to the challenges, you’ll gain positive outcomes, even if you have to go over old ground to create something new.
So repairs, refurbishment, rewriting, restructuring in whichever areas of your life need focus both in the house and the garden - and at work - will be rewarding; think removal of weeds, repair to soil and pruning as we move slowly into the Springtime in a few weeks’ time.
There are definitely therapeutic aspects to the week too, and developments especially midweek and towards Friday may be particularly healing.

As Leo season begins on Tuesday, there is going to be a great deal of action and energy in this week, especially for Leos…
That said, now that Mercury is retrograde in Leo (until 10th August), it’s important to avoid distractions and to channel your energy into productive activities while being mindful that you may tend to overwork or feel more tired than usual.
This is a good time to pace yourself and to consider a return to an old haunt.
The Leo new moon on the 25th points to this week being a good time to structure exciting plans for implementation towards the weekend and next week. But you will need to be realistic with some of your expectations as you may experience a reality hit or another reason to re-think some of your ideas now.
Be flexible and focus on the true and intrinsic value of your actions - that way you’ll be clearer about where to place your attention.

A fresh take on circumstances invariably involves a little disruption…
The recent full moon will have been a reality hit for some, and for many, the chance to develop a fresh arrangement or commitment.
A focus on money and how to review it will go well now, and if you can get any of your major plans on the table before Mercury turns retrograde on Friday (18th), you are likely not to have to contend with delays in subsequent weeks.
But if you wish to have the time to review some of your circumstances and to take your time doing so, the next few weeks will certainly accommodate a slower pace.
It’s likely for many of us that we begin to review recent developments and may even have to return to an old haunt or consider reunions with those where there is unfinished business.
Thus is certainly a good time to consider which areas of your life provide a sense of stability and security and to invest in these.
It’s an excellent time to review finances and long-term plans, and news on Monday/early in the week will provide perspective moving forward.

Today’s Scorpio moon, and the recent start of a Neptune retrograde phase together make today perfect for trips to the sea and also due to the moon’s aspects, ideal for connecting deeply with those who appreciate your company.
On Monday, the moon in Sagittarius, together with the entry of Uranus into Gemini will be perfect for adventurous projects and for making progress with your various ventures. Be prepared to step into new territory.
This is a good week to consider what you are trying to structure or formulate in your life, as this and the following week will be excellent for implementing some of those plans in practical and realistic ways.
Initially you may discover your vulnerability or those of someone else. Avoid allowing these to sidetrack you and focus on your goals to avoid buying into a sense of lack, scarcity or vulnerability.
In the big picture though, this is also a good time to forge relationships that, in the long-term, could benefit you immensely from the point of view of your big-picture progress. So this would include professional collaborations and accomplishments.

The approaching conjunction between Venus and Uranus in Ta**us is significant. There are likely to be unprecedented or unexpected developments especially towards the end of this week and towards Saturday. For some, these will occur in your own life and for others this will be something that you see play out on the world stage.
You may experience either financial or personal developments that are not an everyday occurrence. (This would depend on where Uranus and Venus are in your own personal chart.)
Uranus is often associated with lightning, as it can bring the unexpected and non-negotiable developments and so as Uranus prepares to change signs from Ta**us to Gemini you may experience the need to step into fresh territory.
Also occurring this week, there is the approaching aspect between Uranus, Saturn and Neptune, bringing ideal opportunities to make long-term changes in your life where you require them. The key comes down to good communication skills at this stage.
It’s also a good time early in the week for communications, and for get-togethers and any kind of precision work.

Now we’re in the lead-up to Wednesday’s new moon in Cancer, making this an excellent time, in the dark of the moon, to formulate new plans and projects with the view to implementing them later in the week.
If you have already encountered some restrictions or limitations or challenges to some of your plans, now’s the time to work towards making your goals realistic and possible, as the new moon, which is conjunct Jupiter, could really help to catapult your ventures into a prosperous and abundant phase.
The new moon in Cancer often favours domestic, family and property related ventures. However, it is also an excellent time to invest in yourself, and self-development, your spirituality and any kind of exploration of the unknown including through travel and study.
If you have several matters already in development, these are likely to gather pace now. So if there are any aspects of these that do not sit well with you, it’s important to nip them in the bud before they grow after the new moon.
Next Saturday promises to be an enjoyable time for romance, music and the arts, so do be sure to schedule in something fun. Have a good week! x
