Even little 'fibs' can have an effect on our integrity.

No exaggerations, fibs or dishonesty.... especially if we want to be a trusted person.
To trust someone is to witness and observe them 'in action' and the honesty, or lack of it that they may portray / live.

I never use my words to try and convince or persuade people to trust me, instead: I show up regularly, I genuinely care, I help, I speak up, I create and I am as honest as possible.

Through this action, other people can determine whether they trust me or not. And whether they do or not is not my business, as long as I am living authentically to my truth.

It's hard to trust people who we observe as being dishonest or who do not follow through on their promises. Talk is cheap.

To lie, is to lie to ourselves.

We come from a long line of descendants from the Kingdom of Tonga. I first learnt Massage from my mother at the an early age (from when I could crawl), going up and down my mother’s body. After that, I learnt to walk practising on my mother’s body. In Polynesia, the children learn these first basic moves of mobility on parents, grandparents and family members, keeping a close connection by contact with loved ones, whilst giving us the skills of comforting, releasing tension with the close contact, and in a sense giving back to the people who brought you into this world. With the sensation of touch helping to relieve the physical tensions adult bodies endure with daily living. If you’re lucky enough and have many children and/or grand children, you can have a number of your loved ones giving you a full body massage with dozens of little hands doing their magic on you.
