We've been working hard for over 18months to bring The Darling Muffs of May into being. We have not yet reached our fundraising target, so if you have a few $ to chip in, we will be able to support front line services for homeless women in the Northern Rivers.
Plus, you'll be supporting a narrative of celebration and respect for the feminine energy that births us all. "We all come from emuff!" By adding your like/donation/support in anyway you can you'll be helping us to continue this hilarious project into the future.
You can sponsor my group online here:

MANIFESTO FOR WORLD REVOLUTION inspired optimism in me. It's pages exude fresh, jazzy thinking and feeling, providing solutions to the seemingly insurmountable situations corporate capitalism and inter-generational trauma. Their ideas include;
* legislating that every share trade must be held for a minimum of 24hrs to slow down the creaming off profits;
* legislating transparency of all government and corporate activity (no secret deals behind doors);
*costing things at their true value - including transport costs, environmental repair costs, human degradation costs..and basically living more connected, as souls on a remarkable living planet, not obedient slaves to an empty economic system.

Word for today: Anophobia, irrational fear of old women.

A**s, vetula, cinis are the top translations of "old woman" into Latin.
Phobia an irrational fear, horror, or aversion; fear of an imaginary evil or undue fear of a real one

It's not easy to fully embrace the menopausal transition. It's hard work. It can be harrowing and confusing. It can be sad and grief-stricken.
It can also be clarifying. It can be hugely empowering.

It could be critical that maturing women living now acquire their serenity and power; not just for them, but for all of us.

Entitled self esteem. Is this common amongst women?
If not, it should be!!! Women are humans too - with brilliant minds and loving hearts. We need to value ourselves to direct care and attention to ourselves during this critical life phase.

Midlife for women is a critical time, laying the foundations for the remainder of a woman's life. Let's nourish, nurture, shed, cleanse and rejuvenate ourselves, to meet the post-men state with grace and power. And, let's call it 'climacteric'. It's critical.

Starting something "new" always takes additional effort... more communication needed to explain and convey the new concept.

Shared Naturopathic Appointments are a new way of practicing - where clients have a 1 to 1 consult within a professionally facilitated group setting. All the members of the group have a similar presentation, so they empathise with each other while they learn more about what the presentation (in this case the Menopausal transition).

In essence, this model of practice has the potential to provide needed health support, in an affordable way, effectively and efficiently.

If you live near Tullabudgera Valley, and are interested, please DM me to arrange a chat. Plus there a link in the comments. Still a few spaces - but time is of the essence!
