Byron Bay Pilates and Physiotherapy Welcome to Byron Bay Pilates and Physiotherapy, a fully equipped boutique Pilates studio conveniently located in the Byron town centre.

At Byron Bay Pilates and Physiotherapy, we offer personalised, goal-oriented sessions with physiotherapist and internationally recognised Pilates instructor Dav Cohen and his team. We specialise in rehabilitation-based Pilates for maintaining wellness, overcoming injuries and enhancing performance. In the spirit of Joseph Pilates himself, at Byron Bay Pilates and Physiotherapy his method is taught

in an intuitive, progressive way - with a strong foundation in the traditional exercise form fused with research-based science and current knowledge. The exercises and sequences are adapted, when needed, to meet the needs of individual clients, whether preparing for or recovering from a surgery, rehabilitating an injury, training for a competition, or just for general wellness and well-being.
