Sessions are held in my home studio - a beautiful space to nurture yourself, your growth and your practice, with quality personal attention. Cacao on the beach.
Drumming in some higher frequencies. I once thought I wasn’t worthy of playing a ‘medicine drum’. And step by step… I made my own. And now as I play.. the tempo takes me along with it.

Stirring and clearing energy, connecting me to higher energies, grounding and aligning my being - each time a journey to be followed, witnessed and explored.
A medicine drum indeed.

An Elestial in a sea of black obsidian - our Easter alter. Supporting us all to surrender the weight of the cross we carry. To rise again, more aligned with even greater gratitude and love.

We paired the obsidian with pink opal…. And hearts of all colours. So powerful. With the intention set, the grid layed, singing in the frequencies with light language … the energy was holding space even before anyone arrived.

I am a yogi on a mission to create health & happiness. I love to share my passion in my beautiful home studio, and with anyone and everyone who crosses my path. Yoga, to me, is all things that make us healthy. It definitely involves the physical body, but perhaps more so, deals with the mind, thoughts and emotions - in order to increase our spiritual awareness and connection and ultimately resulting in real happiness. It is about creating the best self possible in this life, and bringing along anyone ready to make there own changes towards awesomeness .

I have created ‘Dynamic Freedom Creative’ as a means to share my creative inspirations. I strongly believe that the time you spend with yourself is so valuable, what ever it is you choose to do in that time to rejuvenate your soul and your energy - and connect yourself and what is important to you, the real you. My leather work means creative expression, me time, time out, immersing in beauty and compassion and service.
