What a powerful couple of days we shared with some of our Level 4 ‘Ohana 🌺 We recently welcomed a small group back for a 2 day refresher… and the feedback has been incredible.

Many shared that it felt like stepping into a whole new level of understanding… not because the work changed, but because they did.

It’s so common after Level 4 to return to practice and not fully integrate everything straight away. But when you return, refine, and revisit the strokes and stretches with intention… something clicks.

Over these two days, we focused on when and how to naturally incorporate the Level 4 elements, allowing the massage to flow with more confidence, clarity, and depth.

When that happens, you’re left with a more complete offering… and practitioners who are genuinely excited to bring this back to their clients, knowing the experience will be on a whole new level.

Over the weekend we had the joy of welcoming back some of our beautiful ‘Ohana to go deeper and refresh their Level 2 Lomi Lomi skills, and by perfect synchronicity, our group was all women, gathering together, sharing space and supporting one another on International Women’s Day 🪷✨

Refreshing your Lomi Lomi skills is so important. Whether you’ve been out of practice for a little while, or simply feel the call for an energetic reset, these refresher opportunities offer you a space to reconnect with the work, with yourself, and with a community of like-minded souls 🩵
