For me, it's not just the 11 lines themselves.
It's this area here.
That tight, slightly raised look beside them.
The part that can make the face look tense...even when you don't feel tense.
And over the years, I started realising:
This isn't just about the skin.
It's often the muscles underneath holding a repeated pattern of contraction.
So while I absolutely work on supporting the skin surface too...
I also work with helping the muscle and nervous system interrupt the pattern they've learned to hold over time.
Because sometimes it's not the line itself that people feel self-conscious about.
It's the tension the face is carrying underneath it.
