I recently spent time in Malaysia where I saw first hand the amount of natural habitat that has been destroyed, along with the homes of animals such as orangutan, for palm oil plantations.

Palm oil is used in things like soaps, skincare, cleaning products and largely in food as it is cheap. There are plenty of other alternatives and while I'm not suggesting you go throw out what you have, I would love to see more people becoming more aware of the impact and making choices that are palm oil free😊

Happy New Year!

I know I'm a little slow!

🌅This is the sunset from where I currently am, it is over the ocean which is not what I'm used to back home.

It has set the tone of my new year with being open to seeing things differently and new possibilities.

The time has come to move on and after 6 years I have decided not to renew my lease. My last day is the 17th of November, and then I am off on a 9 week trip!

Nourish will continue in the new year with kinesiology only, stay tuned for more information!
