What curious energy we have been in the last few days. It has had for some of us an ethereal element to it that is and has been playing out and revealing itself within the dreamscape the most clearly.

It is also accessible within quiet moments of intentional silent reflection to meditation to seemingly appearing or occuring out of the blue.

Visions in your minds eye, to the peripheral vision. Hearing a specific voice of a loved one that is no longer in the physical or of someone who is still here calling out to you energetically from your child, to a friend or partner to those you are no longer in contact with for a number of reasons by your choice or theirs or a mutual decision (you get to decide whether you make contact or not).

To quite significant downloads, intuitive nudge etc.

In the dreamscape the vividness is breathtaking as well as the ability to remember the details. There have been themes of the past and the experiences you had and the people from it. To themes around babies, birth, breastfeeding, tending to them, pregnancy etc. Just to name a few.

Lots of things being resolved, felt and processed in a way you haven’t been able to until now.

On a physical level expressions around your digestive system and head have been apparent. From mild headaches to migraines, to an increase or flare up of grinding your teeth. To a bit of an upset stomach to constipation to really unsettling IBS to extreme stomach/bowel/lover/kidney pain etc.

Where is it that forgiveness of self is and has been required for a while now? What is it you are holding yourself to that is getting in the way of this being possible?

Where is it sacred rage has and is rising yet you keep going to suppress or extinguish it? How it is you could see the gifts that it is offering and receive them wholeheartedly.

Where is it that grief has and is rising up but because your current situation doesn’t match that expression it is judged as insignificant and an inconvenience rather than realising it is the much needed medicine for this time.

Things will arise when they are meant to. We will feel and be called to express, feel and release certain aspects of ourselves when the timing is the most aligned and we are the most ready.

It might and often won’t look like you would expect it to. This doesn’t mean that it is wrong, it means your perception of how it should be has been misguided.

Our willingness to accept what is rather than what we determined it was supposed be like. Offers an acceptance that provides ease & softeness in places it is sorely needed.

Watch for the ways that you are judging how it is & you are within it. Be mindful of the mind/egos way of defining that which is undefinable.

The thing to understand about this year is there is a primary theme of endings. The ending of relationship’s to a job to a way of being etc. etc. This is as much as anything else preparation for what is to come in 2026.

The question to come back to again and again for the remainder of this year is what am I called to released? What am I guided to let go of? Where/how am I stopping this from happening?

Where are you overthinking it and making it more complicated than needs be. More times than not it’s the avoidance of acknowledging how you feel and then finally making the decision. We want our ducks in a row and often want more information than we are privy to at the time.

It’s in the making of the decision and taking the steps to enact it that we gain insight into more information. Sometimes it’s a small amount, sometimes it a lot. Either way it’s relevant it will support us if we work with what we’ve got rather than expend energy looking for more than we have in this now moment.

You may be looking for inspiration or sparks of creativity in a place or time such as now where your energy and attention is needed elsewhere. This in many ways is bringing you and us as a collective back to the foundations, grass roots kind of stuff.

Looking at and feeling into your beginnings in this incarnation and beyond. If your energy it spread too thin it will drain you much more than is necessary & it usually would.

Watch for the shoulds - I should be doing this or that, I should be feeling this and so on.

Trust what is in front of you and within you be lead by that and the needs you have arising with this.

If you were aligned with and keant into the themes of endings what would you be doing differently than you are now?

This is an opportunity to relinquish your vice like grip on so much that is heavy and has been weighing you down in ways you are aware of and ways you’ve been completely oblivious to.

Watch for the way you try to rationalise things that aren’t rational. Is there logic at play sure but there is also the complete opposite as this all unfolds and shifts in the way that it is required to.

Watch for the ways you are trying to be composed and hold yourself together in places you are called to fall apart so that you may begin again.

This isn’t failing, it is rebirth.
