Hello Dear Ones,

This week and the energies within it are one of revelation, emotion, enlightenment, honesty and insight.

There is the possibility of light being cast upon places, people, events and yourself within it in such a way that you are surprised by the depth of what is there and the impact it has and has had upon you.

In place and ways you were oblivious to. This in itself provides opportunities to lighten what has been heavy that you’ve know and not known.

The truths that come to mind can be so powerful that you are shocked by the amount of energy that has been stored there.

As the saying goes ‘The truth will set you free but first it may p**s some people off.’

Resolutions, reunions, reorientation, re-centring, reclaiming, releasing, remembering and reawakening are all part of this.

As we are called to go deeper into the water of our emotions and pool of our consciousness as individuals as a collective. The mind can & will play tricks and trip us up if we aren’t savvy to its ways.

Fleeting thoughts, memories, particular words, sounds, conversations and so on can start a trajectory where your mind can and will loop and ruminate on a specific trains of thought about a specific thing, person &/or event.

This train of thought however does not have an exit point and will keep cycling if you are not intentional in redirecting your focus and grounding yourself in this now moment.

If we have energy rising and are not present to it and what direction it is heading. It will as it has exacerbate and activate a repetitive pattern that not only brings with it a sense of uneasiness as well as feeling heightened but also a belief of being stuck.

It will touch on your vulnerability and wounding in such a way that it can keep you tied to and limited by your limiting beliefs.

Be mindful of this now and in the week to come.

Just because you think it, believe it does not mean it is necessarily true.

The mind can and will affirm as well as defend its stance. It’s up to you to access and focus upon the simple, clear, pure and true. In this you see, feel and know what is for you and what is a distraction leading you away from alignment and certainty.

Your doubts are the parts of you that need safety. Their rhetoric is of stating your fears of the worst outcome. They will get louder when you are outgrowing the beliefs that you are unworthy 💜

How are you fairing in all that is taking place my loves?

Lots of adjusting and readjusting has been and is occurring. The physical body has been feeling it in the classic ways as well as with a few quirky ones to boot.

There’s alot to be said for expectations and timing.

Waiting for something to take place so that you can get to do, feel or be a certain way. Expecting when a date or time comes into being that you will now feel or be something else.

Of course this can happen there is no doubt. However there is the unique experience to take into account as well as being mindful of your judgement of yourself how you are and where you are at.

Feeling disappointed or let down is a great opportunity to look at where your expectations have mislead you. To accept what is and realise what never was.

This isn’t to be pessimistic or to feel hopeless. But rather to be energetically discerning. To realise where your energy is flowing with great ease and where it may be attached to something or someone that would serve you best to untether yourself from.

If you’re not where you thought or hoped you’d be or be feeling in this now moment don’t lose heart.

We tend to underestimate the importance of the inbetween spaces.

These spaces are so, so potent, especially when we are acutely aware we are within them. We can be proactive in seeing and watching our ingrained patterns and changing or allowing them to change in a way you never imagined prior or realised you’d like them to be another way.

Be kind, be patient, be loving with yourself and others.

For those of you feeling lighter and on the other side as it were- shine your light brightly. It will either trigger or inspire nonetheless it is helpful.
