1. Nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin (滋补肝肾阴, Zībǔ Gān Shèn Yīn)

2. Nourishes Blood (滋阴养血, Zīyīn Yǎng Xuè)
· Benefit: It helps to generate and supplement the Blood.
· Common Uses:
· Pale Complexion: A sign of Blood deficiency.
· Heart Palpitations: When the Heart lacks sufficient Blood to nourish it.
3. Promotes Fluid Production and Moistens (生津润燥, Shēngjīn Rùn Zào)
· Benefit: Its sweet and moist nature helps generate body fluids and alleviate dryness.
· Common Uses:
· Thirst and Dry Mouth: Especially from internal heat or after an illness.
· Constipation due to Intestinal Dryness: It acts as a gentle laxative by moistening the intestines, making it excellent for the elderly or those with chronic dryness.
