✨ We’ve got some exciting studio news… ✨

First up — thank you so much for all your help and patience with the parking lately! I appreciate it more than you know 💛

And now for the big news — we’re growing!
Not just the studio… but our family too 👶💫 I’m pregnant! Which means the studio will take a short break starting November as we prepare to welcome our new little one.

But until then — we’re here, we’re moving, and this is your reminder to stay consistent.

💡 Book ahead, set a goal, and focus on how amazing you feel after your sessions. Motivation fades, but habits stick — and the more you show up, the easier it becomes.

PS: I’ve had a few messages about private sessions — yes, they’re possible depending on availability! Just send a DM or message me to check in.

The Importance of Listening to Your Body: Know When to Push and When to Rest

Your body is your best guide when it comes to Pilates. Learn to listen to its signals and respect its needs. Challenge yourself, but also know when to ease up and rest. If you’re feeling unusually tired, sore, or unwell, give yourself permission to take a break.

Pushing too hard can lead to burnout or injury, so be kind to yourself and honor your body’s wisdom.
