📍 Caboolture South, QLD

WFT Support Services is seeking a reliable and compassionate Support Worker to support a male NDIS participant in Caboolture South.

🕒 Shifts Available
• Mondays & Wednesdays
• 3:00pm – 6:00pm
• Opportunity for additional hours over time

🧑‍⚕️ Duties Include:
✔️ Medication assistance
✔️ Support with showering and personal care
✔️ Providing respectful, person-centered support

✅ Essential Requirements:
• Current Yellow Card
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
• Certificate III in Individual Support (or willingness to obtain)
• Professional, dependable, and caring attitude

***Support Worker Wanted for Casual Position in Caboolture***

We require a reliable support worker to work with an older male participant two days a week, Mondays and Fridays, 9am-1pm.

The successful applicant will need to be comfortable in a smoking environment, have an NDIS worker screening card or able to obtain, driver license, car insurance and a great attitude.
