✅ Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
✅ Reliability is essential
✅ Switched-on and confident with people
✅ Strong knowledge of the Support Worker role
✅ Outgoing, professional, and able to work independently
✅ Good at following instructions
✅ Comfortable travelling within Moreton Bay and surrounding areas
✅ Ability to work across both Aged Care and NDIS

What we offer:
👍 Hours fluctuate between 10–38 hours per week as we continue to grow
👍 We actively work to fill rosters for all staff as new participants come on board
👍 Supportive and growing team environment
👍 All employment is under the SCHADS Award

We’re super excited to invite you to our NDIS Participants BBQ & Fishing Day to celebrate Australia Day! 🇦🇺

It’s going to be a fun and relaxed day with fishing, beach games, yummy BBQ, and plenty of time to enjoy the outdoors together.

What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothes & shoes for the beach
- Hat & sunscreen
- Towel or picnic blanket
- Water bottle
- Fishing gear (optional)
- Any personal care items that you may need

We’d love to give our NDIS participants first dibs on booking a spot before we open it up publicly next week!

Please RSVP by Thursday, 19 December 2025 so we can organise food, staff, and activities. When you reply, let us know if you have any dietary needs, mobility requirements, or special support needs.

What you need:
✅ Blue Card and Yellow Card
✅ NDIS Orientation Modules Completed
✅ Open Driver's Licence
✅ Recent Police Check
✅ Comprehensive Car Insurance
✅ First Aid and CPR certificates
✅ Certificate III in Individual Support or Equivalent (Preferred but not Required)
