👩⚕️ About the Role:
As a Nurse, you’ll be delivering a wide range of clinical supports in a variety of settings—at participants homes and in our welcoming day centre. You’ll be part of a collaborative and highly respected team of health professionals who love what they do.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing nursing care aligned with NDIS participant care plans
Wound care, medication management, PEG feeding, catheter care, diabetes support, etc.
Working closely with participants, families, and support teams
Supporting participant health goals and quality of life
Documenting clinical notes and reports in line with NDIS compliance
✅ About You:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse
Experience or interest in disability support and NDIS frameworks
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach to care
Current First Aid, CPR, Police Check & Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Driver’s Licence, Comprehensive car insurance and own vehicle
