🩷 It's always the season to feel deeply grateful and thankful for everything and everyone, every day of the year. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you to everyone for your hard work each day, for showing up to class even in challenging weather—2025 brought us some extremely difficult conditions—and for supporting our community to grow stronger. Thank you for standing with me over the years.
🩷 As we move into 2026, I'm excited for us to enter a new chapter together with our new brand name: Stronghold Yoga. We will continue to grow stronger—not just in our postures, but in our love, care, and support for each other as we achieve our very best.
