Congratulations to our 2 valued members Tuan & Kieu for becoming new parents 🥰🥰🥰💓💓💓

Chúc mừng 2 em đã đón con gái đầu lòng hết sức dễ thương và mau mắn (trộm vía).
Chúc 2 em một đời bình yên, chăm sóc con với những trải nghiệm tươi trẻ lần đầu và cảm ơn hai em đã mang đến cho thế giới một thiên thần nhé!

Chị cũng chưa từng thấy ai chăm tập như con bé Kiều. Ôi dồi ôi nó tập đến tuần thứ 38, 39 của thai kì mà ngày nào tôi cũng gạ: để chị ngưng thẻ cho em nhé... thế khi nào em nghỉ nhỉ?... thế tuần này nghỉ đi chứ còn gì...
Nhưng nó vẫn bảo để em tập nốt tuần sau.
Ối dồi ôi may quá nó ko tập nốt tuần sau không nó lại đẻ ở phòng tập luôn thì tôi lại đổi nghề làm khoa sản 😂😂😂.

**Hello Thien Tam members!**

I'm excited to share some important updates with you. As I prepare for a trip back to my homeland, Vietnam, we'll be taking a small break in July. Our studio will be closed from Saturday, 5th July to Sunday, 13th July. Don't worry, your memberships will be put on hold during this time (9 days suspended), and we'll get back to normal classes on Monday, 14th July with Jessica taking the reins. I'll be back in action on Sunday, 20th July. Let's make the most of this brief pause and come back stronger together!

❣️ 2024 is a bright full year at Thien Tam Yoga.

❣️ I'm so grateful to have all of you as my members and my friends. Our company is building strongly day by day in our practice to achieve a better version of ourselves.

❣️ As a teacher, I learned so much from you to know where are the limitations of each one and how to motivate you to step out of it.

❣️ I found out that *teaching* is my passion and it helps me to walk through all the challenging steps of my life.

❣️ Thank you for being amazing in 2024 and we will achieve more fruits in 2025, together!

Here are some helpful tips:
🌟 Warm up your body, especially your core.
🌟 Keep spinal enlightenment
🌟 Core engaged
🌟 Do 3 sets × 10 reps of dolphins push up
🌟 Get ready to be upside down and it's okay to fall and try it again until you nail it.
