No escaping it; we are well and truly back in the work zone now - so it is a timely reminder regarding the 20-20-20 rule.
We can all agree that there is an ever-increasing dependency on smartphones and laptops. This has made our eyes exposed to digital strain daily.
The 20-20-20 rule is a game changer: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This simple practice relaxes eye muscles, reduces strain, and prevents dryness caused by staring at screens for long hours.

EyeTalk Tip - Using expired makeup can put your eyes at risk! It's easy to overlook the shelf life of your favourite products, especially if you use them regularly. But items like mascara and eyeliner can harbour bacteria and lead to infections.

Look out for the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol on the packaging to see how long you should keep your makeup after first use – for mascara, that's usually around three months.

Storing your makeup properly is just as important. Improper storage can shorten the product's lifespan and allow bacteria or mould to develop, which can be harmful.
