Knoff yoga discovery teaching training

First of all, congratulations to all students 🎈 😁

This is my first experience conducting a teacher training course.

As Nicky, my master teacher had a serious fall I was asked to take her place.

When I finished this course I realised that this is what I want to do. To pass Knoff yoga legacy, all my experience and wisdom from Nicky and James to the next generation.

Because I know how simple but strong knoff yoga system is. I have been stick to do only knoff yoga for 29 years. This is the best tool for me to be a happy independent person.

I was so happy to see all students understood and enjoyed the course.
It was a joy to see their transformation.
i was honoured to teach there.

Today is my miracle day 😁

I have been practising this pose for 5 years. I never imagined I could touch my foot.

When my master teacher, Nicky came to Cairns last month she gave me some advice. Straight after that my yogi friend, Jacquie sent me the video that Lori practiced this pose. I got some tips from both of them.
Suddenly I got it!!!

I used to put my hands apart and move my hands towards the feet. Instead of them I kept my hands together and walked my feet to my hands.

I should remember that the most important thing is the foundation.

I hated this pose. Now I love this pose 😊

Thank you very much for attending the retreat in lake eacham. It was another magic! Beautiful weather, great venue with amazing wild life. Lovely food. Fantastic company with great energy.
