Sanna here, currently residing in Cairns with my children.
After 6 months of full-time work with the union, leveraging my experience as a union official from 2010-2017, I am thrilled to have found a role that brings me immense joy.
My recent visit to TI in October was truly unforgettable.
My partner, an accomplished fine dining chef with a history of cooking for celebrities, has relocated from Sydney to Cairns and is eager to establish himself as a private chef specializing in fine dining experiences.
We are excited to launch our venture, (Sugar) Cane & (White) Collar Private Fine Dining, offering bespoke culinary experiences for intimate gatherings in private homes, boats, and apartments. Upon our return from France and Italy in April, we would be delighted to have bookings for the dry season.
We envision creating a signature TSI-inspired dish and are open to innovative ideas. With a focus on vibrant colours and creative mixtures, we cater to small groups of 2-6 people.
We anticipate visiting in May and would be thrilled to secure five bookings for a truly unforgettable experience.
