As a regular to our dance floor, Jesse is also a local Cairns yoga teacher and Quantum Flow facilitator. Experience Quantum Flow Manifestation Embodiment Method before DJ Kimba’s DJ set begins with Jesse, which allows the activation of your highest potential by practice of ‘biohacking’ - accelerating via opening up the highest energy centres in the body by using spirals through movement and breath which create more momentum, more energy and more self-actualising potential. This practice with Jesse offers you to connect you with your higher self and support your highest and clearest embodied expression on the dance floor, and onward into Life! ✨

This month’s Full Moon in the sign of Ta**us highlights our earthliness, our sacred body, our temple.

Mother Luna meets up with electrifying Uranus, ushering in invigorating and exciting times. We are connecting with our innate genius, our unique ways of being, expressed through movement and individuated self-expression. Uranus is social and invites us on the dance floor. This is a night where we can expect the unexpected, let our freak flag fly and dance on a sonic high!

Ta**us, Mother Gaia invites our bare feet to root deeply and anchor within our being while we are called to reach for the stars!

Mars in the fiery sign of Leo has our hearts glowing, as a playfully creative tension builds during a night of culminating ecstasy!

Dance as freedom.
Far beyond fitting the body into shapes and patterns and ideas that serve someone else's purpose, - dance is truly a fundamental part of human nature. To move with joy, with sorrow, with whatever it is that we feel in a moment and let it move through us.
This is Ecstatic Dance.

NEXT SATURDAY:

Deepening into connection, to ourselves and beyond, Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is the ground where we explore embodied concepts of the self - boundaries, listening and authenticity - all through movement.

Expect: Sensory warm up, elements of Qi Gong, tools and exercises to practice embodying certain states, free form movement and space for authentic expression.

There is a certain magic that happens in the subtle art of deep listening. Letting go of our own directions and allowing ourselves to be moved. In the bold state of surrender, we find ourselves in an ocean of opportunity that takes us along currents.
