✅ All mandatory NDIS compliance requirements met (Worker Screening Check, NDIS Orientation Module, First Aid & CPR, etc.)
✅ Compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a positive impact
✅ Believes in an active, healthy lifestyle
✅ Takes initiative with tasks and works independently
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Aged between 25–40 years old ( Client Preferences )
