Established in 2021; Flourish In Life NQ is a disability support service co-owned by Lee Gates and Matthew Murray. We have combined experience of 21 years in the healthcare industry across both England and Cairns, Australia. Our vision is to provide the best service possible to the people that we support, by taking a person centred approach - enabling each individual to reach their full potential. Here at FIL NQ, we pride ourselves on offering a service with a difference. We do so by promoting an active, healthy, outdoor lifestyle and by encouraging people to get out into the community and to make the most of what Far North Queensland has to offer.

✨ Ladies Night Out – Every 3rd Friday of the Month! ✨

It’s time to dress up, head out, and enjoy a fun evening together! 💃🌙

Each month, The ladies will enjoy a group dinner followed by a night of dancing and social connection. It’s all about building friendships, confidence, and having a great time in a safe and supported environment.

👭 Group supported ratio applies
💰 Dinner and entry fees are participant out-of-pocket expenses

✨ Flourish Friday Achievement ✨

Please help us celebrate Santi and his incredible achievement! 👏

Santi has worked extremely hard to complete his Certificate II in Hospitality and is now putting his skills into action at Yorkeys Boat Club.

Santi works as a kitchen hand and also assists with front of house, where his responsibilities include serving food, clearing tables, washing dishes, polishing and organising cutlery, and maintaining excellent kitchen hygiene.

We are so proud of Santi’s dedication, growth, and positive attitude. This is such a well-deserved milestone and just the beginning of an exciting hospitality journey! 🌟
