But don’t let the calm fool you — Abi’s also our resident adventurous daredevil! Whether it’s exploring new places, saying yes to anything exciting, or lacing up her runners for a spontaneous jog, she’s always on the move and living life to the fullest.

💪 A Day in the Life of Chloe! 🌟

Meet our moving Monday star Miss Chloe. Chloe was the second participant to join the Flourish In Life team in 2022. Chloe kicked off her week with her support worker Abi, starting the day strong at the gym 🏋️‍♀️ with lots of fun exercises and some singing of course! 😄

After smashing her workout, it was time to refuel with a tasty meatball sub from Subway 🥖😋 and then cool off with a relaxing swim at the pool! 🏊‍♀️💦

What an amazing start to the week, full of energy, laughter, and good vibes! 💚

The Fab 4 were off again on another adventure — this time to beautiful Bramston Beach, just an hour south of Cairns! 🌴☀️

As always, it was a day full of smiles, laughter, and good vibes. From beach walks to cheeky chats, we even had some curious local wildlife trying to join in on the fun! 🦕😂

🏉 FILNQ Wrap-Up! 🏆

Another fantastic season of Cairns AFL comes to a close, with the Tigers taking the win over the Bulldogs in a thrilling final! ⭐️⭐️

Our men had an awesome time heading to the games every Saturday—no matter which teams were playing! They even got out on the field at halftime for a kick of their own 👟🙌

We’re already looking forward to the 2026 season. You’ll definitely see us back! 💪🏻🔥
