Something I often notice after these kinds of spaces…
is that people leave feeling a little different.

Not in a big, dramatic way,
but in a quieter, more subtle way.

They can breathe a little deeper.
Like something they’ve been carrying
isn’t sitting as heavy anymore.

There’s a sense of coming back to yourself,
and a little more trust in whatever is unfolding next.

Jess brings her intuitive, psychic and energetic gifts,
working with ancient and prehistoric energies, pattern recognition and deep insight.

Kristy holds the space through shadow work, energy medicine, ritual and sound — guiding the body back into awareness for deep transformation.

Together, we hold a space that honours both shadow and light.
