Do you have to pay for your Support Worker’s lunch? 🥪

Nope. You should never be expected to cover your support workers meal unless it was pre-agreed as part of a specific activity cost. Your funding is for your care, not covering staff meals.

Just because the price guide allows a maximum doesn’t mean it should always be used.

Ethical billing means charging for the actual travel and support provided, not defaulting to the cap.

We’re locally owned in FNQ and take a clear, honest approach to how your funding is used.

📊 A Plan Manager is your financial expert - they pay the bills, track your budget, and handle all the invoices. Important? Absolutely.

🗺️ A Support Coordinator (that's us!) is your guide and problem-solver. We find the right providers for YOUR goals, negotiate agreements on your behalf, and step in when things get tricky or crisis hits.

Think of it this way: Plan Managers keep the money flowing. Support Coordinators make sure your whole plan is actually working for you.
