BREATH & SOUND ✨ Full Moon Ceremony ✨
Sunday, March 1st
Join us for a powerful evening of breathwork and immersive sound.
🌕
This ceremony is an invitation to release what no longer serves you, soften into your body, and reconnect with your inner rhythm. Through guided breath and resonant sound, we’ll create space for clarity, grounding, and renewal.

The full moon amplifies energy- making it the perfect time to let go, reset, and realign.

Come as you are.
Leave lighter.

Limited spaces available.

3 things to do when you feel like sh*t (that actually work):

1) Smile, even if it’s fake.
It sounds silly, but your brain doesn’t fully distinguish between a real and intentional smile. Activating the facial muscles involved in smiling can stimulate dopamine and serotonin release, helping shift your mood through the facial feedback loop. Sometimes the body leads… and the mind follows.

2) Dance for 5 minutes.
Put one song on and move, just shake it out. Research shows that rhythmic movement increases endorphins (your natural painkillers), boosts dopamine, and reduces cortisol. It also helps discharge stored stress from the nervous system.

3) Get sunlight, even just 10 minutes.
Natural light exposure helps regulate your circadian rhythm and stimulates serotonin production, which supports mood stability and energy levels. Morning light is especially powerful, but any light is better than none.

No, these won’t solve everything.
But they can shift your state just enough to breathe differently… and sometimes that’s the first step back to yourself 🤍

There’s a dance within all of us — the feminine and the masculine, the soft and the strong, the stillness and the fire.

We’re coming together to explore that balance through Yin & Yang Breathwork, somatic movement, intuitive dance, and sound healing — an embodied journey designed to help you release stored emotion, reconnect to your body, and return to centre.

This is a space to move freely, breathe deeply, feel fully, and be held in a supportive container. No experience needed — just bring yourself exactly as you are.

If you’ve been craving something new, deeper, something expressive, something grounding… this is your invitation.

We can’t wait to hold this space with you.

In this 2-hour immersive journey, we invite you into the space where breath becomes bridge — uniting polarities, dissolving separation, and awakening the One.

Releasing old patterns is one of the biggest challenges life brings.
First step is noticing that patterns and what triggers it?
Second step what tools do I have to let go of that pattern / habit / limiting belief that is may holding me back?
Using the breath as a powerful tool to release, let go, and connect on a different level.

Slowly walking with patience, compassion and trust in the process as you watch how the tools you have on your everyday life allows you to thrive into new dimensions.
