3 simple energetic hygiene practices to return to after every shift, work day or class ✨

I’ve learned this the hard way…
Without release, buildup can drain your vitality, leave you feeling blocked or stagnant. Your energetic body needs cleansing just like your physical body.

1. Smoke cleansing
Use sage, palo santo or native herbs to clear and reset your field with intention.

2. Water ritual
Take a salt or magnesium bath (or even a mindful shower or a swim in the ocean) and let the water rinse away heavy or dull energy.

3. Cleansing visualisation meditation
Sit in stillness and imagine light moving through and around you, clearing what isn’t yours and restoring your energy.
