I support people in building nervous system capacity through breath, body, and rhythm-based practices.

This space isn't about getting calm, perfect, or "fixed!"

Your nervous system is designed for both activation and settling - effort and ease - sympathetic energy and parasympathetic recovery.

Both can co-exist.
Both are valid.
Plural truths. Co-existing states. Rhythm instead of rigidity.

This work isn't about doing more - it's about creating space for what's already here.
A moment to pause, to exhale, to build capacity gently and sustainably.

All held through trauma-informed principles.

Space before change.
Rhythm before regulation.
Capacity over calm.

And always - a moment to exhale. 🌬️

🌊 Little tumble turns, big confidence 🏊‍♂️

When children practise with rhythm, breath, and encouragement, their bodies learn safety first—and confidence naturally follows.

Tumble turns teach more than technique. They nurture breath control, orientation, focus, and trust in the water—building the foundation for skilled, confident swimmers.

Through playful practice and supportive guidance, children grow confidence that lasts-both in the pool and beyond.

In yoga, we honour the pause 🧘‍♀️.

Because the pause is where the body catches up 🌿.
Where breath rests - in the moment between inhale and exhale 🌬️.
Where the nervous system senses steadiness instead of urgency ⚖️.

In the pause, the body begins to integrate -
muscles that have been gripping soften 🕊️,
breath flows naturally without being forced 🌊,
movement finds somewhere to land 🪷.

The pause allows sensation to be felt, not pushed past ✨.
Choice to return 🔄.
Attention to widen 👁️.

This is how yoga supports the body’s natural rhythm -
through listening, not forcing 🧘.

Honouring the pause teaches the body
that it can move and rest 🏃‍♀️🛌,
engage and soften 🤲,
without losing safety 🛡️.

On the mat, this changes the quality of practice 🧘🏼‍♂️.
Beyond the mat, it changes how we meet life 🌏.
