This year's theme, "Improve Our Support System", highlights the need for better access to resources and opportunities for everyone to live fulfilling lives. 💙💛

So proud of Belinda for achieving her goals 👑
Belinda had her first solo art exhibition on the weekend, and chose to share her story for Mental Health Week 2023.
Belinda has lived with schizophrenia her whole adult life and has spent the last several years sharing her lived experience and breaking stigmas around psychosocial disabilities.
It was great to meet people of the Cairns community at The Kite Gallery to celebrate Belinda’s artistic talent ✨
