Free 40 Day Practice - Starts Next Monday 30th March. 🌿✨

I’ll be guiding a 40 day meditation practice, held inside the Studio Avasa online community.

This is intentional, consistency is what creates change, and it’s easier to stay with something when you’re supported.

Inside the community, you’ll have a space to return to the practice each day, stay accountable, and be alongside others doing the same. There will be daily guidance, recorded videos, and a few live practices to support you.

The practice is short and simple, making it easy to fit into your day, while supporting clearer thinking, strengthening inner knowing and confidence, reducing overthinking, and helping you feel more clear in your direction.

Join Cheryl and Leanne for an evening of sound, breath and heart-led restoration.

A calming blend of breath, sound and mantra designed to support the nervous system and reconnect you to the steady rhythm of the heart. We begin with gentle pranayama to help the body arrive and the breath soften, creating space for the system to settle.

From here, you’ll be guided into stillness through a layered sound experience of gong, crystal bowls and subtle vibration, allowing the mind to quiet and the body to unwind more deeply. This immersive session supports emotional balance, inner coherence and a deeper sense of connection within yourself. 🌿💚

The Spacious Body - Kundalini Yoga
A Workshop 🌿

For those who have been living in their minds for too long, caught in cycles of overthinking, second-guessing, and a constant sense of being “on”, there often comes a point where it’s no longer sustainable.

The body begins to feel distant, tension lingers, and a clear mind becomes harder to access. When the connection between mind and body weakens, even simple decisions can feel heavy, and trusting yourself no longer feels instinctive.

When it comes to creating a pathway that feels more aligned, it can feel just as challenging, especially when the mind is trying to lead without the support of the body.

The clarity you’re searching for doesn’t come from thinking more, it comes from returning to the body.

Over three hours, you’ll be guided through Kundalini Yoga, breath, meditation, and deep rest. This is a space to soften the nervous system, release held tension, and allow the mind to follow the body back into a more grounded, settled state. As this happens, a sense of internal safety begins to return.

From here, intuition becomes easier to access, not forced, but naturally present when the noise quiets.

You’ll also be introduced to simple practices you can carry into daily life to stay connected.

We’ll close with tea and time to sit, so there’s space to pause and let it all land, without needing to rush away. 🌿

During this session you will lie down or sit comfortably while being immersed in a carefully curated soundscape of gong, Tibetan bowls, singing bowls and other instruments.

The vibrations of these sounds help quiet the mind, release tension and support the nervous system, allowing the body to settle into deep relaxation and calm.

Join Cilla on Wednesdays for an hour of gentle yoga, open to everyone aged 16 and over. With slow, supportive movements and options to modify using blankets or blocks, the class is suitable for beginners, pregnancy, recovery from injury, or anyone seeking a nourishing practice.

Each session begins with a Sankalpa (intention) to guide the experience, helping you move, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a calm and supportive way.

Friday Class update 🌿

Due to recent timetable changes and additions, there will no longer be a Kundalini Yoga class on Fridays.

Kundalini Yoga Classes will now be
Monday morning 9:15am
Tuesday evening 6:15pm
Saturday morning 8am

I am also hoping to add a Thursday morning class soon, so stay tuned for that.

Many people are trying to think their way into peace while their body is still braced.

When the nervous system has been under pressure for a long time, the body begins to hold tension almost automatically. The breath shortens, the muscles stay engaged, and the mind works harder to keep everything together.

The shift most people are looking for doesn’t begin in the mind, it begins in the body.

The Spacious Body is an afternoon designed to gently begin to unwind those patterns and nourish the nervous system through Kundalini Yoga, steady breath practices, meditation, and extended rest. As the body softens, the mind often follows. 🌿🙏🏻
