Kundalini Yoga is a practice of coming back into the body. It’s deeply somatic, meeting the places we’ve learned to bypass or hold away.
As our sensory systems become more responsive, the work isn’t to escape the physical, but to inhabit it more fully. Through breath, movement, and stillness, the nervous system begins to settle, sensation returns, and emotions can move rather than stay stored.
From this steadier internal state, awareness sharpens and what we carry inside is reflected more clearly in how we show up, in our energy, our choices, and our projection.
The body becomes the conduit again, where energy integrates and life is lived consciously, from the inside out.
