Repair: The Breath Class 🌿

Thursdays at Studio Avasa

Repair is a breath-based class grounded in the ancient science of pranayama practices of Kundalini Yoga. The intentional use of breath to release tension, repair internal systems, and nourish the body at a cellular level.

Each session focuses on breath as a tool for physical, mental, and energetic repair, supporting oxygenation, circulation, and nervous system balance.

These practices strengthen the body’s capacity to recover from stress and sustain steadier energy for yourself.

Over time, Repair becomes more than a class, it’s an opportunity to develop a sense of devotion to your own wellbeing, building a breath practice that extends far beyond the studio.

Starting in November - Thursdays at 9:15 a.m., with additional class times coming soon.

Through breathwork, mantra, and meditation, you’ll learn practical tools that help regulate the nervous system, support healthy hormonal function, and restore your body’s natural rhythm.

Our practices return to the navel (nahbi), our centre of gravity, our stability, and our source of vitality, and the thyroid, which influences mood, metabolism, and the energy we carry into each day.

Stress often lands here first, throwing us off balance hormonally and physically, leaving us running on empty. These practices are an anchor helping you feel lighter, with more energy to hold it all, and the capacity to meet the incoming holiday season with radiance and a sense of fulfilment.
