The difference a few months can make!!
Before coming on holidays I took a month to tighten up my food after Christmas, these are the results. In the three months leading up to Christmas I had been eating in a slight surplus, and training heavier and harder than ever before. Not only was I lifting heavier I was even running 5 minute kilometres! I felt amazing. I did a Bodyscan at the start and then another one at the end and I am just so pleased with the results. It shows that hard work really does pay off. I have to make an extra special mention to my amazing coach , your knowledge, help and friendship is so appreciated.
While I am fully enjoying my holiday, I canβt wait to get back and get back into my training and continue to build my body for the second half of my life, this is just the start! Age is just a number and you can truly put you mind to anything you want to achieve.
