Ways to Alkalizing and the B Blood type.....Pre-Operation and Post-Operation.

A very good client/friend told me he is going in for a hip replacement and wondered how to help the recovery process before and after his operation.

My Tips for Preparing pre and post-operation

Tip # 1: The B Blood Type Diet is a great way to alkalise before and after an operation. It improves indigestion and has been shown to reduce infection, inflammation, and overall well-being. Attached is an excellent chart from Dr. Lam Coaching.

Tip # 2: To alkalise, e.g. using Colloidal Silver (always used as directed)

Tip #3: Connection and community

ASK your community for help....people do want to help, so let them. If you know someone who needs help, the support and love they feel are also critical to the healing process.

Tip # 4: Using your Tropic Blue Cypress oils "under your feet only"during recovery will also help you feel better and more relaxed. The essential oils are anti-fungal, anti-bacterial for strep and anti-inflammatory. I will add the amount to use in the comments.

Always consult your doctor before using essential oils or making any decisions about your diet.

I have personally used this for as long as I can remember. My father, clients, and friends have done the same and had great results, and we all seem to recover quicker than 'usual'.
